The quality management system includes the functionalization of activities within the organization from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating quality-related activities in the Department of Agro-Industrial Technology. The object in SMM is the tri dharma of higher education (teaching, research and community service) related to service management in departments and faculties to meet customer needs, such as students (learners) as main customers and stakeholders (government, community, parents of students, training participants, institutions and graduate users).
