Management reviews should be carried out by the organization at least once a year. Top management should review the quality management system to ensure its suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. The review period has been planned and defined. For example, management review meetings are held once a year or twice a year following the conduct of the internal audit. In addition, management reviews are carried out to evaluate customer/stakeholder satisfaction in accordance with applicable requirements. Management review is carried out as a follow-up to the Internal Quality Audit held by Quality Assurance every semester.
